For lawn & landscape crews

The season fills itself, week after week.

Every yard on its own cycle, every cut invoiced the day you do it, and a reminder that goes out when someone's grass is due. Rain pushes the week; the schedule keeps up.

No credit card. Set up in a few minutes.

Why lawn care is its own problem

Lawn care is the same customers over and over, on a cadence — and one rained-out Tuesday shifts everything behind it. The money isn't in winning new yards, it's in never quietly losing an old one.

What it actually fixes

Rain moved everything and now nobody knows

Push a day and the affected customers hear about it automatically. No group text, no six people asking if you're still coming.

Invoicing forty small jobs

$45 here, $60 there — the amounts are small enough to forget and they add up to a month of work. Invoice from the truck as you finish, or bill the whole month at once.

The spring scramble

Last year's customers are your easiest sale. A reminder before the season starts gets them back on the route before they call somebody else.

Your prices, set once

Put your own services and prices in during setup — these are the ones most lawn care businesses start with:

  • Weekly mow
  • Biweekly mow
  • Spring / fall cleanup
  • Fertilization treatment
  • Hedge & shrub trim

Every one of them is editable — they're a starting point, not a menu you're stuck with.

Questions lawn care owners ask

Can it handle a weekly route?

Yes. Each customer gets a cadence — weekly, every 10 days, biweekly, monthly — and the visits schedule themselves. Your week shows up as a list you can work down.

What happens when it rains?

Move the day and the customers on it are told automatically. Nothing behind it gets lost.

Do you do route optimization or GPS tracking?

No. Those are genuinely useful when you're running six trucks — and if you are, something like Jobber is a fairer fit. For crews of 1–5 they're expensive shelf space, so we left them out and priced accordingly.

Can I bill monthly instead of per cut?

Yes. Set a customer to monthly billing and the invoice goes out automatically on their billing day with that month's visits on it.

Try it for 30 days
