What do online payments cost?
Card processing is your processor's standard rate — Stripe (2.9% + 30¢) or your own Square account — and we never mark that rate up. On top of it, we charge a 1% platform fee that always appears as its own visible line, never hidden in the rate. And online payments are entirely optional: on Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App? Paste your own payment links and customers get a branded pay button. Or take payment at time of service and just mark jobs paid — everything else still works.
