My Service Lab

Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026

What My Service Lab is

My Service Lab is software that helps service businesses manage customers, schedules, automatic service reminders, online bookings, quotes, and invoices. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business.
  • Sign-in links go to your email — keep that inbox secure, because anyone with access to it can access your account.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your data is yours

Everything you put in — your customer list, appointments, prices, invoices — remains your business's property. We process it only to provide the service (details in the Privacy Policy). You can export it any time and take it with you.

Your public page and photos

Your booking page shows what you put on it — your logo, your words, and any photos you upload. By uploading a photo or writing text, you're confirming it's yours to use: you created it, or you have permission. Please don't post photos you don't have the rights to — a competitor's work, stock images you haven't licensed, or a person's photo without their OK. You give My Service Lab permission to display that content on your page and booking flow so the service works. We can remove anything that's unlawful, isn't yours to post, or is used to mislead — but your page is yours to run.

Emailing your customers — the ground rules

My Service Lab sends reminders and confirmations to your customers on your behalf and at your direction. You agree to use it only for people who are genuinely your customers or who asked to hear from you. Every automated email carries an unsubscribe link; when someone opts out, the system stops emailing them and so must you. No purchased lists, no spam — accounts that abuse email lose access.

Texting your customers — the ground rules

Text (SMS) reminders are an optional feature. If you turn them on, My Service Lab sends service-reminder texts to your customers on your behalf and at your direction, and you agree to text only customers who have given you express permissionto text them (for example, by signing your text sign-up form). Message frequency varies (typically 1–2 messages per service cycle); message and data rates may apply to your customers. Every text includes "Reply STOP to opt out," and when someone replies STOP the system stops texting them immediately — so must you. No purchased lists, no texting people who haven't opted in; accounts that abuse texting lose the feature.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, harass people, send spam, or try to breach the security of the platform or anyone's data. That's the whole rule.

Pricing

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. You have full use of the platform during the trial.

  • To keep going after your trial, add a card and pick a plan: Starter ($29/month or $290/year) or Pro($69/month or $690/year). Prices are always shown before you're charged.
  • Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose — until you cancel. Your first charge is at the end of your free trial.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again after you cancel.
  • Charges already made are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, email help@myservicelab.comand we'll make it right.
  • Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We may change prices in the future, but we'll give existing customers clear notice before any change affects them.

Honest limits

  • We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can't promise it will never be down or bug-free. It's provided "as is."
  • Reminders support your customer relationships — they don't replace your own judgment about your schedule and commitments.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Leaving

You can stop using My Service Lab any time — export your data first, then ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you notice and time to export.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where My Service Lab is established. If we update these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email. Questions: hello@myservicelab.com.
